4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If covered pests return between scheduled visits under an active service plan, we will return to re-treat the affected areas at no additional charge, subject to the terms of your specific plan. This guarantee does not cover new pest species or conditions caused by structural damage or untreated neighboring properties.

6. Payment and Billing

Payment is due according to the terms agreed at the time of service. Recurring plans are billed at the interval selected. You may cancel most recurring plans at any time; cancellation requests should be submitted in writing to support@swiftstrikepestcontrol.com.

7. Limitation of Liability

Swift Strike Pest Control's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, allergic reactions, or conditions beyond the scope of the treatment plan. You agree to follow all technician safety instructions and preparation guidelines.
